Very nice hotel for a low price, clean and quiet. Our room was well equipped with toothbrushes, shampoo and soap.. Staff is welcoming and helpful especially MS. MJ in the reception. Breakfast is simple but tasty, hot and cold drinking water is available in the hallway. Budget friendly Hotel.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent booking and experience with this hotel. Even before we were officially checked in, we already felt that we made the wrong choice in choosing this establishment, and I deeply regret having booked here in the first place. First and foremost, the service is absolutely not child-friendly at all. We travelled with an infant, yet despite this, you made…

Hello, Kiwi Hotel Cebu! Thank you so much for keeping all the items safe. We already received everything, complete and nothing was missing. We truly appreciate your honesty and kindness specially sa staff nga on duty ato nga time nga nabilin among things. Thank you again for your great service!

It's not fancy by any stretch of the imagination, but if you need a place to stay near the bus station, it's not a bad choice. Room was a bit beat up but clean and air con was functional. Friendly staff too.

The toilet was also broken. We got offered a new room but we did not change because it was completely infested with bugs in the bed. There were also rats running around everywhere. The ”gym” is just a very dirty 2sqmeter room with a broken bi…

Unfortunately not great… towels and bedding had a lot of (red and brown) stains, the place wasn’t clean, AC very loud (too loud to use at night), toilet kept running, fridge didn’t work, and the location isn’t very convenient for sight seeing or daytrips (only interesting if you really want to stay among locals). We are already used to the lower hygiene standards in Southeast Asia, but this was worse than expected.

The staff are respectful and good. Unfortunately, upon entering the room, there was notable stains on the bed that looks like molds. The curtains has red to brown stains as well. The towel has brown stains. The aircon was also dusty- you can even see the dust come out from the aircon. We asked to have our room or the bedsheets and towels to be replaced. We were inside the room while they replace the bedsheet but the…
