SAVE YOURSELF FROM STAYING IN THIS PLACE. The rooms are clearly outdated and in need of proper maintenance. The shower pressure is so weak that even the bidet is stronger. The air conditioning is also insufficient as it struggles to cool the room even at night, so you can imagine how uncomfortable it gets during the daytime. We traveled almost 4 hours to stay at Kuting Reef, and while there were parts of our stay that we enjoyed, there were also several concerns that management really needs to address. First, safety should be prioritized. The stairs area was not welcoming — their stored items were placed there, making it look cluttered and becoming a possible breeding area for mosquitoes. A well established resort with beach access, pebbles and sand, water activities, some free for residents, like use of kayaks. Inside and outside dining. A clean pool and a kids play area. Also close to other attractions.

We visited Kuting Resort yesterday. The place itself is beautiful, the view is stunning and the ambiance is very relaxing. However, we were quite disappointed with the service. The staff were very slow in attending to guests. We had to wait for several minutes before anyone approached us. In comparison to other resorts we've been to, where staff immediately assist once guests are seated, this was noticeably lacking.…

Our room where we stayed are unlevel and creaky everytime you walked in and out or goin to the restroom/bathroom. Bed were comfy. Service were good to me, and I loved the food. But my husband's expectation of maybe asking the customer if they needed another drinks while waiting the food weren't met.
