La Belle Residences Makati City

Just checked out of this hotel, and found out that a lot of reviews have a similar terrible experience with this hotel and their staff. They impose a security deposit of 2000 pesos, and they will pick out at every little thing just to get a chunk out of your deposit...even though their facilities are run down and not up to par with how strict they are, which is why I think they just find ways for a quick money grab…

Will not recommend or come back again. The hotel is really only for sleeping. It was such a hassle to find a parking. The receptionist upon check-in is not accommodating. There are many policies with fees and such. Overall, the experience is not relaxing and they lack hospitality.

They require a ₱2,000 cash deposit on check-in -- even if you already have a valid credit card on file. This is a common and outdated practice in many Philippine hotels. They acussed me to have broken the blind of the window and keeped the deposit. BUT I NEVER TOUCHED IT! Then the guy become very agressive and threatened me. I was so scared and felt unsave. What a terrible experience. I seems like its their scam when you read the reviews.
