Location is great as it is near the main road, you can use public trans to get there. The Room I got have a really good view of taal. However, it needs some fixing. I am disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The Wi-Fi was not working and the TV was also non-functional. The beds were old, worn out, and appeared to be broken, making them very uncomfortable. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. The heater worked for the bathtub, shower, and faucet, though the water was warm rather than hot, just enough for a comfortable bath.
