We booked our stay at La Sueña a day before our planned trip. I booked a room for 4 pax on their website then double checked it on their Facebook page. I was later informed that I was talking to the owner herself. Their customer service was excellent, online and onsite. We booked during off season so it was just us and 2 people who were there. the cottages, pool, and other amenities are well maintained, except the men's public toilet. it lacks the proper ventilation and one of the door is broken so you have to hold it if you're going for number 2. should be a 3 star review but a big plus because they are pet friendly.
