Budget Friendly but you can hear the chatter from the lobby. First of all you are getting what you pay for. The air-conditioning and bed is nice as well as the shower and comfort room. What I hate on my stay there is that you can loudly hear the chatter of the staffs and guest on the lobby. This might be because their doors have gaps that still let the sound in. The rooms and bed sheets are UNTIDY it seems like they didn't change the sheets you can still see hair in it. The bathroom is quite good paid for P1,650 room.. Needs more room for improvement.
Lakbayan manila is now dormtel. It offers dormitel service. It is a 2 level building. Rooms are at the 2nd floor. Trio's Filipino restaurant is at the ground floor. The former lakbayan does not change their sheets, we tried checking in and out on a day and returned the evening of the same check out date and we found the same sheets in the same room. Hope it is no longer the case in dormtel.
Unjustified pricing for such terrible facility, but really nice staff. Hope they could lower the room rates.
