Streamlined rooms with kitchenettes in a casual hotel with a restaurant/bar, a gym & a rooftop pool.
Went here last March during my friend's wedding. Nice room, friendly and accommodating din yung staff. Walking distance lang din from MRT. I was also able to check ung paddington place beside lancaster, on-going construction na and I think malapit na din sya matapos-planning to avail soon.
Most of the Rooms are old and rustic, it is not being maintained. Furnitures has dirts and itch. Appliances are not working such as cooking stove, microwave and even refrigerators. Hallways has foul odor and doesn't have any ventilation. Won't recommend for a family stay
The door’s double lock was broken, the lights could not be turned off properly, and both the shower and blower were damaged. We immediately called the receptionist to report these concerns and requested a room change, but unfortunately, we did not receive any callback or assistance.
Don’t rent here. Building is too old, no wifi router cable. You could barely see the view from the window because admin won’t have them cleaned for years. Additional 30k for construction fee if you want to have wifi in your condo cuz they’ll have to attach to an electric post outside (again because the bldg is old and there are no wifi cables in every room). They also held us hostage from moving out and going to B1…
Very bad room. The hallway of 14th floor stinks sooo bad! Ref/freezer - doors does not properly close Bathtub - no water - we had to call and have a plumber fix it. Bathtub - no plug to prevent from draining. Asked the front desk and was given to us after 35mins. The one we got does not fit our bathtub. TV - no available channel. Cable box - only had 5 channels available. Service - its ok, its mid - nothing thats go…
