The hotel itself was quite nice, with good rooms and satisfactory services. The location was also convenient. However, we encountered issues with the booking/reservation process, and the staff seemed inexperienced, requiring significant improvement in their service level. While the stay was comfortable, the management needs to address these areas to enhance the overall guest experience.
Best hotel for the money we’ve stayed in. New very large modern room. Center of the town center and easy walking everywhere. Highly recommend this place to stay . Will definitely go back again soon. Staff was very accommodating, rooms are clean, and the AC was super cold. Would stay here again if I ever find myself in baybay.
