While maneuvering the car is our responsibility, the receptionist was unhelpful and did not offer any guidance. I'm going to start with telling you that I will never be staying here again. The room smelled horrible when we walked in. I believe it was the curtains or air-conditioning unit, but every single time we got in it for the night it was almost unbearable.
