SCAmmers! BEWARE! Money hungry owner. We were booked for 21st, we checked in at 10am and paid P300 more. We paid a total of P19160 plus P1000 damage deposit. From 10 am till 3pm the room was still hot as AC wasn't working. Asked receptionist to provide us a fan. NO EXTRA FAN. Deal with complain after complaining to booking.com. Their villa 2 is hot we check in at 10am until 4pm villa is still hot. And if your sober from drinking they will pressure you to drink with them. Don't stay here if you are not a drinker.
I highly recommend this beautiful place. They have the best location, it's 10-15 minutes from Cloud 9 by a motorcycle and just 2 minutes walk to the beach. There are many restaurants just outside the hotel. Everything is accessible. Room is comfy and the CR is equipped with a heater which is not very common in the Philippines. Most importantly the staff and the owner are accommodating.
We enjoyed our stay at latitude 10 , great location .and the rooms are kept nice and clean Helpful friendly staff . Many nice restaurants and bars just walking distance and the beach is a 1 minute walk away
