It was our first time to stay here. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned properly. Both the bed frame and the floor are dirty. The quilt has bloodstains and the footpads are torn. When taking a bath, the water pressure of the hot water is very low, and it takes a very long time to wait for the hot water. There are little ants in both the room and the bathroom. I have talked to 4 different staff and all of the have friendly, respectful and helpful attitude!! This is one of the best hotels I have visited in Pampanga. The rate is cheep, the room is clean and the place is safe! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!
