we booked the room for during the ati-atihan festival (January 2025) because we needed a place close to the parade venue for woek. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are all very small - just enough room for the bed and two folding chairs plus small bathroom. Water heater in bathroom is either full heat (too much) or no heat.
