The beach has deteriorated. You have to pay twice, for the LGU and for the association. Environmental fee is charged to visitors while sand quarrying continues to destroy the beachfront. What was vast expanse of shoreline before was reduced to a few hundred meters of beachfront. Before you can explore the area by ATVs but now there's no more to explore as the sea has taken over what was sand and shore before.
I am more than disappointed with our stay at the Liwa-liw Beach Villas & Dome Glamping. Apart from the fact that the room is too expensive for its condition, it cannot fit six people.
