Great find this. Booked last minute for two nights after struggling to find somewhere that looked good online in Port Barton. We got a spacious room with en suite, cool quiet AC and comfy bed. There was no water in the shower for our entire stay, and the tap water worked for a maximum of one hour per day. If there is no water, you obviously cannot flush the toilet either.
