The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. What disappointed me was the Wi-Fi. The hotel advertises good internet, which was one of the reasons I brought my laptop to finish some work. Unfortunately, the connection was very weak—even on my phone. When we asked about it, we were told it slows down because many guests are using it. Overall, the room was great, but the internet definitely needs improvement.
wifi is slow to none. no hair dryer and ref. and Iron need to pay 150 addtl. linens are itchy. Although the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, I think the hotel is really bad compared to Luxe Lite Makati. There’s no Wi-Fi, no refrigerator, and no water heater. The room faces the main road, which is very noisy.
