We had a good stay at Madison Crown Hotel. The room itself was nice and comfortable, and we liked that it has a terrace. The air-conditioning works well, and overall the room is decent. The hot water is available for shower use, but it takes a bit of time before it gets warm. Breakfast is also good, except for the coffee. The Hotel is newly renovated and quite beautiful. Staff overall is pleasant & professional. Especially the general manager Marlon who consistently goes out of his way to accommodate the guests!
