If you want a quieter experience and not crowded, choose the Japanese hot spring in the area, the 150php fee was totally worth it. It has its own shower are and toilet, and beach chairs so you can stay as long as you want even without dipping. We stayed there overnight, although there was no breakfast. There are restaurants outside the resort tho.
The spa and hot springs were wonderful and very refreshing. Aside from kayaking, it was great to see other tourist activities available, like the zipline and obstacle course. I love the Japanese pool as it's the hottest hot spring water I've ever enjoyed, and only 100p extra per person when I last visited. I visit any time I'm in Negros as it's my favorite hot springs I've been to. Loved the resort nestled in the forest. Trees keep the area cool. We were amazed by the bats and birds. We didnt get the chance to deep in their natural springs and swimming pool though. But it was a restful experience.
