Real Score 4.5 - I usually stay here or Parklane across the street and both are pretty comparable hotels with good rooms, great service, and really good breakfast buffets. The rooms are also comparable in size but the elevators are much faster in the Mandarin. Very nice hotel with great facilities. Friendly staff on arrival and very large clean room. We had and executive room as it was only fractionally more expensive. Checked out 3 nights early. That should tell you everything. Black mold on both AC filters — cleaned them myself in the shower. Non-functioning mini fridge. Broken shower fixtures.
