I had a great experience with the front desk team, especially Princess. She was very accommodating and professional from the moment we arrived. We came early with our kids and a lot of luggage, and she handled everything so smoothly. She made us feel comfortable and ensured our check-in process was quick and easy. Service, staff and security are awesome. Rooms well below average. Beds are harder than rock, worst I've ever had. Noise level kept us awake. Stated I was upgraded to Premier room, but not great at all. Rooms need upgrade and maintenance. Breakfast buffet wasn't great
I stayed here for a few nights and was really impressed by the staff—they are incredibly polite and attentive. The location is the biggest plus; being right next to the Doroteo Jose LRT station makes getting around Manila so much easier. The room was clean and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The staff are incredibly accommodating and attentive. The rooms are well-maintained, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the provision of toiletries. To top it off, they serve a very good breakfast! A great experience overall.
Historic site turned Hotel. While doing errands in this part of Manila, took advantage of having breakfast in the historic Manila Grand Opera Hotel...mostly for the history since buffet breakfast was commensurate to the hotel rate so no complaints at P400 per head.
