There were many bugs in the room, along with visible spider webs in corners and near the ceiling, which made the space feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. Dirty Bedsheets and pillow are old. I got charged for asking for a blanket to replace the dirty sheets Water heater, TV and kettle didn't work. Staff were asked to fix it and only did it the next day. It is not worth the money.

Very disappointed. I booked for a specific day, but their staff booked me on the wrong day. It caused a lot of inconvenience. Also, after experiencing it myself, I realized the bad reviews were true. I should have listened to the previous reviews. I do not recommend checking in here.

Dirty sheets, dirty restroom flash doesn’t work, and a dirty refrigerator. Worst of all, the room is for two people, but there was only one towel! Extra towel comes with a charge. we asked to change the towel, the reception ignored us. We stayed for a week.

Very dirty room. Bed, pillows and sheets had body fluid stains. Even the sofa had stains. Think of the worst room in your mind, it will still be better than the actual rooms. Would not recommend.
