Maui's Place

What a sweet stay! Everything about mauis was a dream and perfection. Clean space, clean rooms, the most wonderful host who accommodated us at the last minute. Things money can't buy. I cannot wait to head back and stay again!

Rooms are clean. We love the common kitchen where we're able to cook. Staff are very helpful. The con is the location itself, a bit far from everything. Altho, market is one tricycle away. It cost P100 for one way ride to the market. Nothing much to do in the place if you plan on staying for long.

I love this place; it feels like a home to me. The host is accommodating and kind. I arrived late at night, but Ms. Cindy waited for me and helped with directions. The room is spacious, and the location is quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are clean. I stayed here for three days and will definitely come back again, planning to stay a little longer next time.

I found Maui's Place a bit by chance, during my mountain biking trip around Cebu last week, and I absolutely loved my stay. When in Badian and looking for a clean, budget-priced place to stay, consider this in your list. My wife and I, her brother, our 4 y.o. kid enjoyed our time here. Sir Maui and his wife are great hosts. Maui is a musician (plays the guitar and harmonica) and loves to entertain his guests. He is a dog lover, too. We hope to visit again, soon.

Staff was really friendly and very helpful (e.g. helped us sorting out transportation). Location felt secure as it is off the main road and hidden (recommend renting a scooter). Shared facilities (toilet, shower, kitchen) were ok, especially considering we were the only guests during our stay. Very convenient price. Room a little small for a couple.

The place was clean, staff (owner) was very welcoming. He wants us to enjoy our stay without spending a lot of money. He drove us going to lambug for free👍 since local drivers around the place asked an amount of money that is triple than the regular fare. To think Lambug is just 3km away from the said place.
