I had made a reservation for a Premium room, anticipating a smooth check-in process. Instead, I waited 45 minutes to check in. Upon entering the room, I discovered multiple issues: a non-functional phone, a broken television, and inadequate water pressure. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel, especially for a premium booking.

Yung banyo—grabe, ang DUMI! Yung toilet sobrang dilaw na parang hindi nalinis ng maayos. Yung bed sheets may mga mantsa pa, halatang hindi pinalitan o nilabhan nang maayos.
