Meaco Royal Hotel - Lipa

Very accessible in the heart of Lipa, services are good and staffs are very accommodating. Room is clean and has a fresh smell. Bedsheets and linens are tidy as well. Cons is that no elevator and you need to climb up to 3rd floor. No parking outside and no meals available aside from some snacks and drinks, but fastfood chains are just a minute walk like Jollibee, Inasal, Chowking, etc.

Very poor service, the front desk officer is not approachable. She’s just using her mobile phone and not attentive to the inquiries of guests. Anyone should never stay in this hotel. Very bad experience.
