Very disappointing experience at this hotel. We stayed here for 2 days and throughout our stay, we were never properly accommodated in their parking area because it was always full. I think they’re a bit understaffed. Our toilet bowl was clogged and we asked if we could switch rooms, they said they would just fix it but it took them a long time to come to the room despite our comment about urgency. It's cheap and affordable. Only stayed one night. You get what you pay for and can't fault it much. People were friendly. One thing of note was somebody was clearly smoking in the room before us. I am extremely disappointed with this hotel. I’ve stayed in various places, but this experience stands out as uniquely bad. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, whether friends or tourists visiting Valenzuela. The visiting hours are only 15 minutes, and there is no elevator—only stairs.
