Low-key quarters in a straightforward hotel with direct beach access, a terrace & 2 outdoor pools.
Photos online do not show the actual rooms they have. All amenities are subpar from bedroom to the bathroom. No internet in the rooms as well. Staff told us they'll contact us for a refund but we never heard back. Not worth the price they're offering.
Location was good since its a beachfront resort however the room - especially the bathroom was not well-maintained. Lots of pool though! We had to eat outside because we dont think the food was worth it.
We reserved villa type room, no hot water (water heater doesn't work) at alam Ng maintainance na Hindi nagwowork pero Hindi Naman inaayos. No toilet seat, no tissue holder, no bidet holder, shower tiles dirty, bathroom window and front window does not lock, Sabi king size bed pero Ang ginawa ay pinagdikit dalawang single beds para maging mukhang king size, no TV, no WIFI, no bathroom mirror, no small fridge, no free…
Really hard to get there. Rooms are horrible. There's no tv but there is a cable wire hanging on the wall. Gaps around the ac unit is stuff with tissue. Bathrooms have rough plastic outdoor faucets and there are no toilet seats. I can go on and on, you get the picture. The place is not worth ₽5000 per night (roughly $100) Picture from the website must have been taken on their grand opening and never updated.
This place has a false advertisement, the photod you see when in Agoda and any other booking platform is different when you see it personally. The WIFI is only accessible in the front desk area. There is also no signal for Smart.
