Me and my family stayed here for two nights and we enjoyed it. The room may be a little bit small but the staff are very friendly and maasikaso. Water pressure was good and with hot and cold shower as well. No problem with parking and just walking distance from SM. Will definitely be back to stay here whenever in Legazpi.
Stayed for two nights, some rooms are small and cramped. hotel has no elevator so it is advisable to pack light. For some of their minor limitations, they make up for their customer service. Staff are friendly and very much accommodating. Plated complementary breakfast is ok. Will visit again soon.
Hotel rooms ok but their key cards lock system are not working you have to have a bell boy with you just to get into your room, air-conditioning is fine but its too small for the room you will barely feel it even if its maxed out especially during noon. Consolation is that the staff are understanding and quite accommodating.
Low water pressure in the showers. Took long time just to wash myself. No lift so if you have a big/heavy luggage, it might be a problem. However, the staff can help you with that. Next to 7-11 so convenient. The hotel is on the main road so it's a bit noisy but very easy to catch a jeepney/tricycle to Pacific Mall, LCC Mall etc. This hotel is also walking distance to SM City, bus and van terminal.
