The facility is nice and the staff is welcoming. It is out of the way so it is very difficult to get a grab or a maxim car. Move it even took a long time to get a driver to come. Staff sent out a bike to get a metered taxi to come but they stated they wouldn’t run the meter and charge ₽500 for the ride where as the non-existent maxim stated only ₽150. Very new, clean spacious rooms ( for guests without drive-in rooms). Good wi-fi, large TV and excellent shower. Respectful, friendly staff. A minor bathroom matter was immediately resolved. It meet every expectation. The staff are friendly and well versed in English and Tagalog. The rooms are so spacious and clean. Bathroom was perfect sized. I had a balcony. It could have used a chair and table but it was practical. My bed was soft and comfy. Great sleep. Amenities were awesome. Air conditioner, coffee and cups. Kettle and water. Soap and shampoo. I had an amazing stay at MLILOAN Pension House! Everything was exceptional — the food and the cook were wonderful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean and comfortable.
