We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One area for improvement would be the addition of an elevator, as it would make it more convenient for guests to go upstairs and carry their luggage. If you stay in this place make sure they give you room in the first floor. Especially if you got more than one luggage. And i would also get the management attention regarding their staff behind the desk to have a proper training on how to handle guest list. Why is this page falsely represented with so many positive reviews. This was by far the worst place i stayed at. The rooms you see are basically glorified container boxes with hard flooring and only one open-able window in the bathroom. Overflowing with ants on the bed and it was the first time in my life I woke up without air because we closed the bathroom window since there were no bug nets. Would not recommend.
Always the best place to stay in mandaue and Cebu area. Nice clean rooms good prices and great service. I've stayed there four different times, one of those times was for 30 days, and keep coming back cuz they're so great.
