If you're planning to rent or stay here, beware before doing so. I have been renting here for around a year and there is only 1 elevator serving the 36 floors of the building for about 4 months now. Good location, pet friendly. However, the cons outweigh the pros - are the dirtiness of the hallway, stairs, and elevator issues that would take months to fix. Overcharging association dues that doesn't serve the residents and monthly bills that are manipulated to make you pay more and when you try to address the billing issues, they find excuses to not inspect further.

I enjoyed staying here twice while in the Philippines. My room felt new and was well appointed. Check-in was easy, and the front desk was helpful. I marked the hotel down due to the elevators being slow, and oftentimes, one of the two available lifts was out of service. The view and location were superior.
