It is where our annual medical exam was held. The function hall is spacious and fully air-conditioned. They also served snack and lunch, and the food is okay. They have an infinity pool on the venue and cottages on the perimeter. I guess the pool is around 5 to 6 ft deep. They have covered parking space, which can accommodate around 10 to 15 vehicles.

Customer service was slow. Previous commitments were forgotten. Staff were unprofessional and inattentive. Customer's concerns were unheard. Food was lacking.

Checked in 02/09/2024 around 12:30 pm. Was told that we can only go inside our room at exactly 2pm after already paying our room for 5k for 2br. We are 4pax and with 2 visitors paid 190 each for their day pass. I am from Bataan but my family stays in Baguio so we need a place to stay when visiting.
