We stayed for four nights here and i can say that it was all worth it. The breakfast was fantastic to begin with. The rooms were clean and very ergonomic. The staff is incredible. Always welcoming, all smiles. The location is near cloud 9. But its far from GL though.
Overall a very good stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated that the toilet and bathroom were separated and well maintained. Everything was organized and pleasant, which made the stay relaxing. There is still a little room for improvement, but we would definitely consider staying here again.
The hotel prefers to be rated on Agoda, but I booked using my American Airlines miles and so I can only rate them here. Great price in airline miles. Backup generator keeps everything running when the regular brownouts occur. Filtered bathing water from their own well and double filtered drinking water. Shame on the Owners and general manager! pricy place but mold smell in the room. cushions are infested with mold and smell like it. aircon smells of mold when you turn it on. door slides were partially covered in mold and staff thought it was dirt. they are not trained by their manager.
