The rooms were great for its price. It's a loft type for 3 persons which is cool for us. The only downside for me is that it doesn't have any parking space. It's also nearby BGC. 15mins travel.
Staffs and crew were all nice, approachable, and respectful. Rooms highly recommended. Neat, and tidy.
This was in June of 2024. Our guest had only one bed . I learned it after the fact. There were 2 adults and a toddler. The manager was rude and did not refund me. Never apologized.
I was impressed by their customer service. I changed my room on my 3rd night due to noise coming from the main road. They immediately show me other room that I would prefer. They are also quick in sending someone to check the wifi and shower head. Overall, I highly recommend “My Space Hotel “ in Comembo if you’re looking for a place to stay for convenience and fair prices. By the way, the staff are nice and friendly.
