The house is on the very side of the road so it's easy to spot and there's a store right across it on the side. Room is big. No hot shower so be prepared to boil water. Nice view on the terrace. The owner is nice and hard to find a parking space if you have a car or maybe you can ask the owner if it is possible to park inside their garage. Jenelyn Abool is such an ideal AirBnb host. Her New Road place is just 10 -15 minutes away from the airport, Pasalobong Outlets and Seafood Restaurants in Roxas City. It's clean, quiet, and much available for a Tricycle ride. There's a Carenderia 3 houses nearby that serves yummy breakfast and lunch. Second floor is only for you and it is really large…. Problem is, whole floor is insanely hot, so high temperature. Not possible to stay there during a day… only fan there. AC is only in bedroom, but works excellent and it’s quiet. There are terraces, but no furniture there even it’s very hot there. Easy go to the city by tricycle for p20

It feels like a home and more cheaper that hotels, easy to access by tricycle drivers.

This is by far the most accomodating place I've ever stayed in. A perfect place to relax while on vacation.
