The bed sheets are dirty, aswell as the blanket it's like it was never even washed. It reeks of cigarettes also no proper ventilation. There are also cockroaches! this place is not recommended, even if you just want to get a quick rest. Place is disgusting
Rooms for Deluxe are randomly good or bad based on our past check-ins. Either the aircon is weak, the tv channels are not clear. The bed is slightly not clean. 1 time there was hairs and slight dirt in bed sheet we had to use the blanket to cover it. Bathroom is good no complain. For the price it's good I think, it is cheap.
Old hotel, too expensive compared to new ones. Kahit for a couple isa lang slippers, no free toiletries, no sockets if you need to plug your laptop or gadgets Unless you unplug the aircon or tv and you will need a long extension cord. Very disgusting. Both the room and the service. Got the deluxe room and right from opening the door you can smell something bad that will surely prevent you from sleeping. The room also doesn’t come with any electrical outlet to charge your devices except for the one used on the tv. They will offer extension for the outlet with an additional charge. Worst hotel, a 2 bed room only has 1 socket, you can hear the highway, the room is connected with another room no privacy, we asked for a hot water, but they didn't gave us cup, the moment the cups were here there were no spoon, the sandals in the rooms are already wet.... No plate tray, the cups aren't even sanitized, the hit wayer isn't even hot just lukewarm. We called management they just dropped the phone on us…
The worst experience we’ve ever had. I get it its a bit cheaper than sogo but they could have atleast done better service. 1st the aircondition isn’t even making the room cold. Then the sink isn’t working also the shower, flush and bidet. Then the telephone also isn’t working so they will bother you by knocking on your door to let you know its time to check out. If they only fixed these things before letting people…
Some of the staffs are not accommodating. Since its our first time we ask for the promo posted outside their building and how they aswer was rude. The bedsheet has stains on it. The door of the bathroom cant be closed. The front door was so hard to open and hard to lock.
