Food is bland and dry, the pools were dirty and most of the pool is not open. Their pets are 2 dogs, reptiles, and chikens thier cages was full of feces and has not been cleaned up for ages. The grass inside the resort were taking over. Basically the resort was a let down it seems great in pictures but in reality its a run down resort. Would not recommend for anyone

We came late around 10pm. On the street going to the venue, a very quiet yet dark road will welcome you. No signages where to turn nor clear parking area will guide you even assigned staff to welcome or even assist you was available but lacking on this place should be prioritized and action must be started to utilize the lacking service and areas to be developed. I went here when I was a kid and time really changed. It isn't what it used to be. Needs a lot of renovation to be a great resort again. However it's still good for kids and a quick getaway. The room price is reasonable along with the food and entrance fees for the swimming area.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were unwelcoming and rude, making us feel like an inconvenience. And The facilities were in a poor condition, with dirty and poorly maintained areas throughout the resort and The pool area was far from what was advertised, with cloudy water and worn-out seating.
