Excellent location if you want to stay close to the bus terminal. The rooms are of decent size. There was a really loud noise though when there was a water delivery truck in front of the premises (perhaps they were pumping water out) and that pretty much woke me up from an otherwise nice early Sunday morning.

All i can say is this is a place or a home away from home. You will have pretty much everything that you need, very friendly and accommodating staff and a hands on owner. Place is situated to all the things that you will need, jollibee, 7 11 gas station, pharmacy, sm mall and session road is just a few minutes walking distance.
