If you are a solo traveler and have a budget this hotel is nice. Ive stayed here 3 to 4 times. The location is what really drew me to this hotel. Im sure there are other bnb and locations but I prefer this one. Lobby is nice hang out space. Staff always respectful and service is great. Although sometimes during festivals or popular travel times water becomes an issue. But front desk is accommodating and respectful.

We had a well stay. Everything was good. Breakfast were delightful and the staff were accommodating. Thwy allow us to check-in early and let us stay at the lobby after check-out while waiting for the car service.The only problem was the sound of AC pumping over the window.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, right at the heart of Cebu City. The room is clean, spacious, and very affordable. The staff are very professional and friendly. Our usual hotel was booked during a fiesta so we found the Royal. Overpriced, out of the way in a poor location, difficult to find a taxi on the narrow street with heavy traffic.
