One Bedroom Suite at One Uptown Residences BGC for rent

There’s nothing good other than the location. The whole apartment is old, the rooms have poor hygiene. The cabinets in the room have many scratches and dents on them. The lighting is also very poor. Not what I expected from a hotel/residence in the uptown of Manila. At least they provided us some one time use slippers because we are NOT standing on the dirty floor barefoot. In addition to my other rating, the security guards were laughing at us and whispering about us in Tagalog, not expecting us to understand them! While we're trying to resolve our issues, acted absolutely unprofessional and will never book with this hotel ever again as a result of the immature receptionist and security guards

There was no drinking water provided, no room cleaning, and no service whatsoever. The hygiene conditions were very poor.
