Hotels on El Nido are generally poor value; expensive but with subpar facilities. This hotel was spacious but infested with fleas and bedbugs, and almost all of its air conditioner can’t work, requiring manual drainage. The staff seemed unfazed by these issues. On Jan 27th, 2026 my friend went to take a shower in the evening and had no complaints. What an absolute rubbish management and condition of the hotel. The entire floor rooms of the main lobby don’t have AC working, not even in main lobby area. Their AC don’t work in extreme hotness except one floor rooms where wifi doesn’t work. So the point of having a peaceful stay and paying for full amenities is a big waste here because the rooms which have AC, don’t have wifi and where wifi works there is no AC.…
