One Tectona Hotel

Great but there’s construction going on all day so sitting by the pool isn’t exactly a relaxing experience. Even last night at 8pm there was earthworks and diggers working. I thought I’d get a few days to lie by a pool It seems like everywhere I have been in Cebu is under construction or renovation so it hasn’t been a very relaxing holiday. It’s 8am on the weekend and it has started again. I’m glad to be leaving!
