OYO 1152 Hotel Precious Garden Place

Agoda was where we booked our stay. We got notification of cancelation 2 hours prior to check in. Called OYO and learned that indeed our booking was cancelled due to incorrect rate posted by Agoda. OYO did not even consider giving us an option of stay as SUPER TYPHOON UWAN was mercilessly pounding on us. Leaving a terrible rating befitting a horrible experience.

Cancelled a booking 2hrs prior to check-in in the middle of a typhoon leaving customers stranded with no place to go

They cancel agoda bookings on the day of check in. Reason = Low price
