good place to stay. value for money. the place is very clean and friendly staff. this place is recommended to your friends and family. unfortunately, key card is not working, need assistance from staff to open your room but all in all, i enjoyed staying here.

The hotel rooms are clean and tidy.. Non smoking rooms... The best and affordable place to stay.. But, The customer service are poor. Especially at the counter..they dont have a good communication to the customer.. I feel really bad about that. They dont know how to entertain customers. . Please improve the concern and trained your personnel well. The hotel is really good. But the staffs arent good..
There is no elevator and our room was in the 4th floor. To add salt to the wound, our keycard is not working and we had to wait for 30 mins for the staff to open the door. Very bad service and the staff are not even friendly.
Nice comfortable room with air-conditioning for a very reasonable price $20 AUD....I choose this place for two reasons 1.) close to victory liner bus depot (sampaloc) 2.) it has a 24 hour check-in reception (my flight arrived very late at night and I did not arrive at hotel until 1.45am)...1 night stay....very satisfied and would stay again.
Good rooms and rates, but in this branch, wow the attendants were so arrogant and lack of interest to their clients. The lobby was so UNTIDY... OYO GOVERNORATE was the best!!!
