This hotel doesn't care about it's clients, there were almost 20+ clients and only 2 irresponsible, rude and unreliable staff was there... . Budget friendly. The room is just right for its price. The location is good as well. Quite near from the town. It has convinience store just outside and also near 7/11 store. The unit has wifi, kitchen and own bathroom with usable heater. Tho the unit's bathroom we stayed in has its door knob not working and cannot be lock.

Rooms are not clean..same as bathroom..Also you can not sleep at night too noisy you can hear a lot of things like something throwing a metal. Door Key is not working properly. Please improve a lot of things especially those back packer who want to rest in nice place to stay after a day of roaming around Baguio. Thanks
When we arrived there, there is a stain on the blanket, and under the cover there are so many hair, not only under the cover but also on the floor. Room is spacious but not really clean. Bathroom is also not that clean and no space where you can put your toiletries. Location is also far from the city center. Sheets smell clean but there's stain. Will not stay there again if I will visit Baguio City.
Cabinets are not clean. Sofa not clean. Not ventilated. And shower did nit work properly. I wish a refund. Coz i check in 2pm and leave 8pm the same day also. I cannot stay much longer for the smell too.
