Simply furnished rooms with Wi-Fi & minifridges in a modest budget hotel offering parking.
I would recommend you stay here, if you want accessible stores, bar and food. Plus it's near cclex you are like minutes away from SM Seaside and 1000 roses. Aside from the water,(which is not a problem though since ypu can buy outside) the rest is so worth to stay.
The room we stay in for the night is a family type, the room is so comfortable to stay in. It was an air conditioned room, and its really clean. I would have rate it 5 but, they only give you bath towels and no such things as shampoo or bath soaps for extra, in case we don't bring any with us. And the blankets are to thin when it gets cold the air condition as well as the environment in the room can be so freezing.…
We stayed here for two times already. So far, it's good. The facilities are clean, the room smells good and fresh. The amenities are good except for the television🥹 it didn't worked. But overall is good. God bless❤️
The room was quite spacious. The bed was firm but comfortable to sleep in. The shower heater was more than adequate although the water pressure was not consistent. Overall a good value for your money.
Very good value for money. Comfortable bed. Clean. There is even a table and 2 chairs. With Refrigerator and Aircon. The hot shower did not work properly and there was a leakage from a fresh water tube that permanently flooded the bathroom floor... No free drinking water.
The room was nice for the price. The staff was also very kind. It's located on a busy street and I was roomed on the ground floor near the lobby checkin area. It can get loud at times from that floor, so I'd request a higher floor and away from the street. Strong WIFI, fridge, but no microwave. I could've requested one but I didn't need it.
The Aircon is loud and noisy. The water from the pipe is not clean. Too close to the street I can hear the motorbike at night .
