The location is really great, it's just one block away from the beach which is very much accessible and convenient. Also the rates are cheap during non peak season. It's also walking distance from the town center for the restaurants and bars. The only issue would be the smell inside the room. Feels like so dusty and smells like mold. Well the room it's nice but they don't have soap, shampoo and hot shower. The staff is so so. When we enter to the room and we need to poo there's no tissue so ask in the front desk and then they have wifi but you need to call or text to the owner to access the wifi. But when we text no one reply. It's useless.

We got a room with a queen-sized bed. The pillows were too thin and soft. There is no hot & cold shower and bidet. There is a personal refrigerator. The location is quiet and just a minute's walk to the beach. There is no security in the property. The door of our room only had a door knob.

The place is near the beach so you don't need to worry. Shower is just working fine, and Aircon too. I hope they could improve their wifi service. But nevertheless, we had a perfect stay. Will definitely choose this again when we get back there.

Max is a hospitable guy, a typical italian. His guest house that we stayed is quite a bit new. The one we stayed is in Rusca subdivision. The place is clean, and the room is large with a queen sized bed. There's a kitchen, gas stove, a ref, a fast wifi internet, and a waterheater for your bath. It has a large lawn. The worst hotel in long time: - No hot water in the shower, in fact water barley came out so you didn't need hot water..... And of course they didn't give even a small piece of sope. - Wifi supposed to be in the room - no wifi. - Could not shut down the A.C that was on 17 degrees and there were no blankets to worm up. - The mattress thin as a paper, like sleeping on the bord itself. Stay away from that kind of hotel

The room was comfortable and reasonably priced, however the shower and TV did not work. I couldn't turn down the AC because it was too cold. Despite all of that, it was a great experience.
