Big kudos to Kuya Jojo for making my stay comfortable and stress-free. I booked through Grab and upon arrival, the unfriendly staff told me there are no available rooms, saying, “Wala akong magagawa riyan!” angrily. I tried asking for a refund because it is not refundable through Agoda by “hotel policy.” DO NOT TAKE ORDERS ONLINE IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THEM!

Rooms are clean and spacious. Appliances (rice cooker, kettle and ref) all worked so that's good. The location was easily accessible and safe since it was gated. Would've been perfect if they provided towels and toiletries, but at least utensils for eating were complete. Lots of stores to buy food and necessities nearby so overall an okay stay! Okay place for its price, especially if you're just staying the night.
Never booked on this apartelle! I booked in Klook and when i went there the staff said i should cancel my booking coz there is no room available for me! My booking was non refundable!
