Unassuming rooms featuring a/c in a straightforward budget hotel offering Wi-Fi.
If it weren't tucked inside a gated community which is far from the main road, this would've been perfect. Everything else such as pricing, room, bed and sheets (very comfy and and soft to the touch), air-conditioning, and most especially the high speed Internet (clocks at 87mbps and above) is divine. You get all those for $25 a night (we were 3 in the room).
I was happy with my room. It is clean and spacious. However, I was not delighted the way the staff was handling my OR request. Anyway, they did their best to resolve my concerns.
I totally agree that the rooms are exceptional. BEST OYO EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! Hopefully they will be able to maintain the suite's cleanliness and fragrance.
Very far from main road, but loved the time walking alone just to go to the highway. Love the vibe of the staff when I went there.

Value for money accommodation. I wish they have a lift going to the 3rd floor where the rooms are. Wish there is a nearby restaurant.
