Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, may amoy ang CR, the mirror was full of stains, and the tile edges were visibly dirty. The faucet was leaking and the shower wasn’t working properly. In another room, nagbaha pa dahil sa sirang gripo. The water supply was inconsistent, nawawala-wala, and there wasn’t even a basic floor mat provided. First of all, the location is good, i've been here before we stayed in Hakuna Matata. Second, the customer service here was very bad. Staff will always glare at you indifferently and when you talk to them they are rude and speak to their dialect in front of you talking about the topic you ask them and will just walk away afterwards. Our room is big with a balcony. The water supply is cut every night so you need to save water before the cut off time. The location is ok as well as it was not located on the beach front, but you can enjoy a quick walk to the beach (est. 1-3 mins walk) depends how fast and big your step is. Overall ok!
Our room was quite good specially for the price. Internet was good too, around 30 Mbps. You can also talk to people casually and ask around where to eat or what you can do. Saud beach is really a 2 minute walk from the front of the hotel. Owner was pleasant and wasy to talk to as well. Our visit was Nov of 2021.
