Went to Cebu for seminar near in fuente circle, found out it's newly renovated which is a big plus. Very friendly staff, budget friendly. I recommend staying here!
Accessible Area, friendly staffs and helpful. Dont expect too much for the place/rooms. Would be nice if they set up atleast mugs and electric kettle inside the rooms, they also need to check the shower hot water. All in all good stay for my family.
I stayed for 4 days. Expect to pay a deposit on arrival. The room was fine but smelled a bit like something hadn't dried properly on there in the past. Water is available at the desk for a reasonable price. It's not the world's most amazing experience, it's simply fine and functional. Room service is only available by request.
I stayed for 2 nights. Air condition was fine. But no hot water for shower. And the bathroom smelled of urine the whole time even though the toilet was flushed all the time I used it. Very bad and uncomfortable smell. Location is good. No hot shower, I repeat.
I booked our stay thru online. The pictures on the web are very far different from the actual look of the facility especially when the bed linens are stained, small room and the washroom is well-maintained. I was force to book another hotel on the same night we checked-in as we prioritize our level of comfort after a long flight.
I stayed in a single bed room. Price is reasonable. Has the Best location. Very friendly security guards. Approachable and accommodating receptionists. very fast wifi. Cons: room carpet's smell doesn't go away; room fixtures are getting old. Owner should do some mild renovations.
