I had a wonderful stay at palm grass hotel. The location is very convenient right in the heart of downtown cebu, making it easy to access nearby landmarks, churches, and shopping areas. All the staff is very nice. The hotel is bit old and need refreshing. But if you like hot shower, DO NOT COME HERE. There is no real hot water. The heating system is based on sunshine. So if you want hot shower, I’ve been told that I need to take shower around noon and beginning of afternoon. Otherwise, if you take your shower like normal people on morning or evening, the maximum you get is little warm water.

My experience at this establishment was deeply disappointing. To begin with, the manager—dressed in a Filipiniana—was visibly in a bad mood, angry, and unpleasant toward her staff.
